Jenny Brophy

Unique and time-less necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches and shawl pins – all lovingly crafted with fine materials – natural, semi-precious stones, pearls, crystal, glass, ceramic, wood & more.  Hand-sculpted focal pieces are made from polymer-clay, hand-painted and intriguing.
New to my venue is my beautiful textile wearable art – shawls and scarves and shrugs – done with a textural combination of colours and materials.  Check out the sumptuous hand-painted silk shawls.
Nature inspired art-work has also become a passion.  Framed abstract water-colour and acrylic paintings are inspired by the stunning scenery in this region.

History of My Business

The creative urge has been a part of my life since I was a child. I began seriously designing jewellery in the late 1990s, selling in stores and galleries in the Kingston region, before I moved to The Ottawa Valley in 2005. My work has been well received in this region – my favourite venue is The Pembroke Farmers’ Market, where I can enjoy the reaction of someone who falls in love with my work.
