Fruit Pies are made with fresh fruit (when available) or frozen fruit.
- No purchased fillings.
- No preservatives.
- No precooking of fruit.
All pastry is made with old fashioned tenderflake lard, flour, salt and water. Pies are not “allergy-free”.
People have bought my pies, fresh or frozen, for family gatherings, barbeques, Wedding dinners, hunt camps, etc.

History of My Business
I have been baking for farmers’ markets for a number of years. I am at Renfrew on Saturdays and Pembroke on Wednesdays.
My background training is a graduate from Kemptville College in Home Economics.
I worked as a Food Service Manager in Homes for the Aged for approximately 13 years. I learnt my special traits from my best teacher, my Mother.
